PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION THIS APPLICATION REQUIRES A FEE TO PROCESS. This fee must be paid before application will be considered. To pay this fee, go to www.chattanoogapm.com and follow the link for 'Online Payments'. Applicant hereby makes application for a property and certifies that this information is correct. Applicant authorizes Lessor to contact any references that are listed. Applicant also authorizes Lessor to obtain consumer credit report from credit reporting agency, which will appear as an inquiry on Applicant's file. A non-refundable processing charge is payable with this application. Applicant understands that the processing charge will not be refunded under any circumstances or applied to any monies due Lessor. Processing charges are for each Applicant, Co-Applicant or Co-Signer. By submitting this application, Applicant agrees to an application fee, which will be collected via check-by-phone or online payment upon Lessor's receipt of said application. In the event of more than one resident, each resident understands he/she is jointly and severally liable for each provision of this contract. Lessor agrees to process this application within 24 hours (or one hour for express processing). Lessor's failure to deliver possession of the premises at the time agreed upon shall not subject Lessor to damages in any amount whatsoever. Should Applicant be approved to lease this subject property, Applicant will be asked to deliver specified earnest money upon approval notification to remove property from the available rental market. CERTIFIED FUNDS ONLY FOR EARNEST MONEY. Applicant's lease and obligation to pay rent must begin within the number of days shown in the chart below, based on the date of payment of said earnest money. Should Applicant fail to take possession of property within specified number of days after earnest money payment, due to any reason not attributable to Lessor, said earnest money shall be deemed non-refundable and forfeited to Lessor as liquidated damages. Applicant understands that this application becomes a part of any subsequent lease agreement. Days for possession (after payment of earnest money): February or March - must take possession within 14 days April thru September - must take possession within 7 days October thru January - must take possession within 21 days APPLICANT AUTHORIZATION RELEASE In connection with this application for residence at aforementioned property, Applicant hereby authorizes any consumer agency, current and previous employer, current and any former landlord, law enforcement agency, any check authorization agency, and state employment security agency to release all information any of them may have about Applicant to Lessor. Applicant hereby releases all of these parties from any liability in connection with release of such information. A facsimile or other copy of this authorization shall be sufficient for release by aforesaid parties. Applicant hereby agrees to tender cash or money order OR conduct online or check-by-phone transaction for a non-refundable fee per applicant to process this application for residence. Applicant understands that this sum is not a rental payment or deposit or earnest money and will not be refunded even if application is denied or canceled by Applicant after submission. This authorization is for this transaction only and continues in effect for the entire period of this business relationship (qualifying, leasing, vacating and full payment of any balance due), unless limited by state law, in which case the authorization continues in effect for the maximum period allowable by law.
